Childs visit to the dentist having dental health check
An introduction to

Children’s Dentistry

Commencing dental care from a young age is essential. It allows children to get used to the dental setting and establish a connection with the dentist. The earlier you initiate this process, the faster they can cultivate a strong rapport, leading to a positive, trusting relationship. When you schedule visits, maintain a positive attitude and infuse a sense of enjoyment into the experience. Doing this will alleviate your child’s concerns about future dental appointments.

Plaque will form as soon as a child’s first tooth arrives and so children should start to visit the dentist when their first milk teeth appear.

At the Repton Clinic, we have a friendly team who love helping children start their journey to good dental health.  Whether you are bringing a baby or toddler for a dental health check, or an older child who needs help with dental hygiene or corrective braces, we will help give your child a positive experience whilst maintaining good dental health.

We have a range of membership plans designed to fit patients needs. View our dental plans for more information.

For all the treatments we prescribe we generate a bespoke treatment plan for the patient with costs outlined. A summary of our general charges can be found on our treatment prices page.

We are a fully independent practice and only accept private patients. We do offer affordable dental membership plans to help spread with the cost of
your dental care.

You can find us in the heart of the south Derbyshire Village of Repton. We are located at the crossroads of Well Lane, Pinfold Lane, High Street and Main Street.
